Product Information - Panels

The panel is used to create more privacy or a wind-protected corner and can also serve as a work of art. The range of panels varies in motifs, for example, panels inspired by nature. This gives the entire greenery an extra dimension.

• 5 years warranty.
• Corten steel panels are very robust, resistant, weather-resistant, easy to maintain and durable.
• The standard material thickness of Corten steel is 2 mm.
• Double-processed sides that ensure stability and a beautiful surface of the plate.
• Various mounting methods: on the ground, between posts or on the wall.
• Easy installation thanks to easily accessible mounting hardware.
• The products come without a rust layer. The rusting process on Corten steel takes about 4-5 months depending on the weather conditions.
• The rust layer can be sealed by applying Owatrol. This is an impregnating rust inhibitor that forms a protective layer against rust. Owatrol protects the panel and prevents the Corten steel from staining.

Important Notes:

• The products should be unpacked immediately after receipt so that no moisture can accumulate between the packaging and the product. This can lead to uneven rust stains.
• We advise against using Corten steel within a radius of 2 km from the coast.
• During the rusting process, rust water may detach from the product.
• The warranty expires if you do not drill or sand properly.
• Clean annually by spraying coarse dirt with tap water.
